Golden Gate Ferry provides daily service between Sausalito and the San Francisco Ferry Terminal. In San Francisco, Golden Gate Ferry uses two gates for departures to Sausalito: Gate B & Gate C. Please check schedules carefully for gate and departure information.

Bringing a Bike on the Ferry
Bicycles, including electric bikes, are welcome aboard all Golden Gate Ferry vessels with the understanding that customers may need to carry their bike up or down a flight of stairs to embark/disembark.
1. Line up in the designated area
After you purchase your ferry ticket, please line up in the area reserved for bikes. If you are with a group, enter the line as a group and stay together. No line cutting. No spot saving.
2. Space is limited: first come, first served
There’s a high volume of bicycles in Sausalito during the summer. Bicycles are boarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. No riding in the terminal, please walk your bike
