For an item left or lost on a Golden Gate Transit bus or Golden Gate Ferry vessel, call 415-455-2000. Hours of operation are weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Our Customer Service Center hours of operation are weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We are closed weekends and the following holidays: New Year's, Presidents', Memorial, Independence, Labor, Thanksgiving, and Christmas days.
Permits
- Bus Stop Closure Permits:
If you are seeking to temporarily alter or close a Golden Gate Transit bus stop for construction or other activity, a minimum of 10 business days advanced notice is required.

Note: This permit does not replace other permits required by the local jurisdiction affected by street closures or detours.

Filming & Photography - Permits Required:
An advance permit, with associated fees, is required for filming or photography for all commercial uses of recordings and images taken on the property of the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District. Visit our Permits section to see if you will require a permit. To apply for a permit, email filming@goldengate.org with as much detail as possible.
Permits require a 30-day advance request.
