The bids are currently under review by the District. Bidders will be notified of the District’s staff recommendation after its review. It is anticipated that the staff recommendation will be presented to the Building and Operating Committee for its review at its meeting of May 21, 2009. The Committee’s recommendation will be forwarded to the Board of Directors for its approval on May 22, 2009. Upon the Board’s approval, bidders will be notified of the District’s award of the contract.
