Golden Gate Transit adjusts regional bus schedules quarterly to improve system efficiency. New timetables and individual route maps will be available soon.

Routes 2, 4, 4C, 8, 18, 25, 27, 40, 40X, 58, 72, 92, 101, 101X
- Some trips will be ADJUSTED up to 6 minutes to improve connections and running times.
Route 2
- The weekday southbound trip at 6:51 a.m. will be CANCELLED.
- Weekend service will be DISCONTINUED for the winter season.
- Service to the top of Donahue Street continues to be SUSPENDED until further notice.
- All trips now serve the main Marin City bus stop at Donahue & Terners and operate in a counter-clockwise direction on Drake Avenue, serving the outer perimeter stops on Drake Ave.
- Other schedule adjustments.
Route 4
- The southbound trip at 6:32 a.m. and the northbound trips at 4:54 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. will be CANCELLED.
- Service FROM Strawberry will begin LATER and service TO Strawberry will end EARLIER.

Route 8
- The northbound boarding stop at Sansome & California/Halleck will MOVE to Sansome & Clay.
Route 18
- A northbound trip at 6:59 p.m. will be ADDED. The northbound trip at 4:37 p.m. will be CANCELLED.

Routes 24 / 24C / 24X
- Trips will NO LONGER serve the San Anselmo Hub. Instead, buses will serve new stops at Sir Francis Drake Blvd & Bank St.
- Larkspur Ferry Terminal will be served by Route 24, not Route 24X.
- Route 24X will begin operating NONSTOP between the College of Marin and the GGB Toll Plaza.
- Route 24X trips will be REDUCED to two trips in each direction.

Route 25
- Trips will NO LONGER serve the San Anselmo Hub. Instead, buses will serve new stops at Sir Francis Drake Blvd & Bank St.

Route 27
- Service between the San Anselmo Hub and Sleepy Hollow will be ELIMINATED. Alternate bus service is available on Routes 24/24C/24X and Marin Transit from Sir Francis Drake Blvd bus stops and on Route 27 from the San Anselmo Hub.
- Other schedule adjustments.
Route 31
- Service to/from Peacock Gap will be ELIMINATED.
- Route will continue to operate between the San Rafael Transit Center and the Larkspur Ferry Terminal through Friday, December 13 when SMART passenger train service is extended from San Rafael to Larkspur (begins Saturday, December 14).

Routes 38 / 38A
- A northbound Route 38 trip at 3:30 p.m. will be ADDED. Route 38 will be EXTENDED to Marinwood via Las Gallinas. Service along Del Ganado loop will be REDUCED to 3 southbound trips and 3 northbound trips. NEW Route 38A will serve Terra Linda (between Freitas Pkwy and Merrydale Rd), Marinwood, and Lucas Valley. Service will be 2 southbound trips and 2 northbound trips. Some current stops will be ELIMINATED and some new stops will be ADDED.

Route 44
- Route will be ELIMINATED. See Routes 38 and 38A for alternate service. For alternate bus pad service, use Routes 54, 54C, and 58.

Route 54
- Route will NO LONGER serve San Marin - see Route 56X for alternate service.
- The northbound trips at 3:32 p.m. and 6:07 p.m. will NO LONGER serve Hwy 101 bus pads. Some current stops will be ELIMINATED and some new stops will be ADDED.

Route 56
- Route will be RENAMED as "Route 56X" with a total of 10 southbound trips and 10 northbound trips.
- Route will begin/end at Novato GGT (Golden Gate Place).

Route 58
- A northbound trip at 3:57 p.m. will be ADDED.
- The northbound boarding stop at Sansome & Sacramento will MOVE to Sansome & California/Halleck.

- The northbound Route 72 trip at 6:03 p.m. will be CANCELLED.
- The nortbound Route 72X trips at 3:25 p.m. and 3:44 p.m. will be COMBINED and will depart Perry & 3rd at 3:34 p.m.

- The southbound trip at 5:23 a.m. will be CANCELLED.

- The southbound trip at 5:31 a.m. will be CANCELLED.

- The northbound weekday trip at 3:15 p.m. will operate only as far as the San Rafael Transit Center.
