Public Comment Note: In light of Executive Order N-25-20 and N-29-20, issued by the Governor of the State of California, in which portions of the Ralph M. Brown Act are suspended and allows, all Board members, staff and the public to participate by telephone. During the public comment period, your name will be called in the order received. Public comments may also be submitted by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Comments submitted before the meeting will be provided to the Directors before or during the meeting. Comments submitted after the meeting is called to order will be included in the Board’s weekly correspondence that is posted online at the Board Meeting Documents page. Persons who wish to address the Board during the teleconference meeting are encouraged to call in at least ten minutes prior to the start of the meeting. During the public comment period, your name or last four digits of your telephone number will be called in the order received.
A period of thirty (30) minutes has been allocated for public comments concerning items of interest within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board. Each individual will be allotted up to three (3) minutes. Said time frames may be extended only upon approval of the Board.
All items appearing on the agenda are subject to action by the Board of Directors. Staff recommendations are subject to action by the Board of Directors. Staff recommendations are subject to change by the Board.
Upon request, the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District will provide written agenda materials in appropriate alternative formats to individuals with disabilities.
