In light of Executive Order N-25-20 and N-29-20, issued by the Governor of the State of California, in which portions of the Ralph M. Brown Act are suspended and allows, all Board members, staff and the public to participate by telephone. During the public comment period, your name will be called in the order received. Public comments may also be submitted by e-mail to districtsecretary@goldengate.org. Comments submitted before the meeting will be provided to the Directors before or during the Committee meeting. Comments submitted after the meeting is called to order will be included in the Board’s weekly correspondence that is posted online at the Board Meeting Documents page.
This portion of the meeting, not to exceed thirty (30) minutes, has been allocated for public comments concerning items of interest within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Committee. Each individual will be allotted three (3) minutes. Said time frames may be extended only upon approval of the Committee.
