In light of Executive Order N-25-20 and N-29-20, issued by the Governor of the State of California, in which portions of the Ralph M. Brown Act are suspended and allows, all Board members, staff and the public to participate by telephone. During the public comment period, your name will be called in the order received. Public comments may also be submitted by e-mail to districtsecretary@goldengate.org. Comments submitted before the meeting will be provided to the Directors before or during the meeting.
Each individual will be allotted three (3) minutes. Said time frames may be extended only upon approval of the Committee.
Upon request, the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District will provide written agenda materials in appropriate alternative formats to individuals with disabilities. In addition, the District will arrange for disability-related modifications or accommodations, including auxiliary aids or services, to enable individuals with disabilities to participate in public meetings.
