The Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District (District) provides free Internet access on this bus (Service) for those with Wi-Fi enabled devices (Users). Users are expected to use the Service in a legal and responsible manner.
Users must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this notice before using the Service:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you are subject to, and agree to abide by, all laws and all state and federal rules and regulations applicable to Internet use.
By using the Service, you acknowledge the District's warranty disclaimer below and release the District from any liability that may arise from your use of the Service. You acknowledge that: (i) the Service consists of unencrypted wireless access to the Internet; (ii) the Service may not be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) viruses or other harmful applications may travel through the Service; (iv) the District does not guarantee the security of the Service and that unauthorized third parties may access your computer or files or otherwise monitor your connection; (v) the District could not provide the Service free of charge without this limited warranty, disclaimer, and limitation of liability, and it would require a substantial charge if any of these provisions were unenforceable; (vi) you will not use the Service to view obscene, offensive, harmful, or other materials prohibited by law; (vii) you will not use the Service in a manner that is defamatory, threatening, abusive, or harassing; (viii) you will not use the Service in a manner that infringes any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights, rights of privacy, or rights of publicity; (ix) you will not use the Service to introduce any malware, viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, key-loggers, cancelbots or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information; (x) your use of the Service is subject to Privacy Policy set forth below.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the District, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, any materials downloaded or uploaded through the Service, any actions taken by you in connection with your use of the Service, any violation of any third party's rights, any violation of law or regulation, or any breach of this agreement.
PRIVACY POLICY
The District does not require a user to log in or provide the District with any personally identifiable information in order to use the Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the District may record information about usage of Service, such as when and for how long the Service is used and the frequency and size of data transfers. The District may also collect information about the geographic locations of Wi-Fi nodes through which users connect to the Service. The District will use this information for its own purposes only. The District does not store the content of any online communications or data transfers. District employees cannot access the content of any communications or files sent or received using the Service.
