Golden Gate Transit June 2023 Service Changes

Effective Sunday, June 11, 2023 Golden Gate Transit will make schedule adjustments to improve system efficiency.

Schedule improvements for June are designed to align schedules to meet current ridership demands.

Service changes include:

Route 101
Cotati Park & Ride closed.

Until further notice the Cotati Park & Ride lot (St. Joseph Way at Hwy 116) closed. Use the Park & Ride lot at Hwy 101 at Rohnert Park Expressway instead. 

Route 101,130, and 150
Stop changes in San Francisco.

Northbound trips no longer serve San Francisco Civic Center stops at 7th St & Market St (ID#40019) and McAllister St & Hyde St (ID#40022).
Instead, board at the NEW stop at Larkin St & Grove St (ID#42253) or at the stop on McAllister St & Polk St (ID#40024).

Route 114
New trips added.

  • New southbound trip added arriving at the SF Financial District at 6:45 am.
  • New northbound trip added departing the SF Financial District at 4:40 pm.


Route 130
Extended service through the San Rafael Canal.

  • First four southbound morning trips extended to begin at Golden Gate Transit (1011 Andersen Dr) and serve the Canal.
  • Four northbound trips departing Salesforce Transit Center between 2:45 pm and 6:05 pm extended to serve the Canal and terminate at Marin Square shopping center (Bellam Blvd & I-580).

Route 580
Weekday schedules adjusted up to ten minutes.

Westbound weekday schedule changes of up to ten minutes to improve connections with BART at the El Cerrito Del Norte BART station.

Fare Increase
Golden Gate Transit and Golden Gate Ferry fares will increase on Saturday, July 1, 2023. More here >
